So what can I possibly drink to get enough protein for breakfast or in between meals?
This was recommended to me by a cardiologist I worked for. She was a vegetarian and an avid runner. Pea protein was her secret to a quick protein packed drink. Forget the soy, whey and sugary drinks. Try it, it's great!
In a blender mix:
8 oz of coconut milk, 1 banana, a handful of coconut, a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup, and a handful of blueberries (or other fruit). That's it!
You can find my "perfect" Pea Protein mix HERE.
