GOLDEN MILK
You need:
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric paste
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- and 1 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD:
Put everything in one pot and keep the honey just for last. Cook with medium heat and stir. When it is done, put in a cup and add honey.
This milk can be spiced up with pepper and the strong pepper taste comes from the piperine alkaloid that makes more absorption and anti-inflammation with the turmeric mixed. Have this drink daily and be amazed.
