Gluten is a family of proteins found in grains like wheat, rye, spelt and barley. The two main proteins in gluten are glutenin and gliadin. Gliadin is responsible for most of the negative health effects. Therefore, it is very important to know the sings that can show that you have gluten intolerance:


1. Dysfunctional digestion


Dysfunctional digestion is one of the main symptoms of gluten intolerance. You may also experience bloating, gases, or even diarrhea.


2. Mood changes
